How do renewals work?
Teams renews yearly at the list price. The API renews monthly or yearly, whichever you chose. The bundle saving applies to the first period only, and we show the renewal price next to the pay button. We email you 30 days before an annual renewal, and you can cancel from your order page at any time.
What's a "fresh analysis"?
A check whose verdict wasn't already cached. Cached verdicts and confirmed-bad results are free, within the rate limit, so you pay for the work that actually costs us something.
Can I buy ScanHawk Pro for my phone here?
No. Apple requires iPhone upgrades to be bought inside the app, through your Apple ID. The app itself is free on the App Store.
Is the browser extension free for individuals?
Yes. The individual extension and add-in are free. Teams adds managed install keys, policy deployment and the higher-volume engine behind them.
